Medical Device Approval and Clearance
The Miracor PICSO® Impulse Console and Catheter are CE-marked and can be used during coronary revascularization procedures following myocardial infarction and other types of acute coronary syndromes to intermittently increase the pressure in the coronary venous system. The devices are not cleared for use in the United States of America. In countries not accepting the CE-mark Miracor will engage in clinical trials approved by local authorities and regulated by relevant laws and regulations.
